Clinicians

Danielle Kloeppel, LPCC-S
I believe that the therapy process is most successful when taking a collaborative approach. This provides a space where both the client and therapist can be genuine and attentive to what is being shared. Together we can identify your strengths and achievements that will help build skills to improve your daily life. My hope is to assist you in your personal growth and wellness.
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University and my Master of Education in Community Counseling from Kent State University. I have experience in community and private practice settings working with children, adolescents, families, and adult individuals.
I currently provide counseling services to college (18+) through adult ages with specializations in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Mood Disorders/Bipolar and PTSD/Trauma work. I am currently in the process of completing the Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and the Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP/CCTP-II) certification to advance my knowledge in these areas.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, exploring the Metroparks with my family, indoor cycling classes and listening to nonfiction podcasts. I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you and will provide support as you learn about yourself and strive to meet personal goals.
Morgan Murray, LPCC
I believe in meeting each client where they are at currently and taking time to understand each person’s unique story. You may come to a spot where you feel stuck in your story and unable to move forward. You find yourself feeling overwhelmed, burdened, and have difficulty connecting with others. I aim to create a safe & non-judgmental space for clients to participate in healing conversations. This space starts with a therapeutic relationship built on trust and acceptance, no matter who you are or what you are going through.
As a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio, I have experience working with adolescents and adults from a wide variety of backgrounds. I have experience with concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, adjustments, career concerns, relationships concerns, self-esteem, stress management, and the LBGTQ+ population. I currently work with adolescents (16+) through adult ages.
Counseling is a brave step toward your overall wellness and it’s my honor to work alongside my clients in helping you be your best self. I believe in using a variety of theories and techniques tailored to each individual’s personality and unique set of needs – including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
In my free time I enjoy walking our two corgis, indoor cycling classes and spending time with my family. I look forward to working together as you identify and take steps towards your personal goals.
Amy May, LPCC & AT
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John Carroll University and my Master’s degree in Art Therapy Counseling from Ursuline College. My first job as a counselor was for the Domestic Relations Court providing therapy and teaching research-based curriculum to at-risk youth. I have had the opportunity to work in many different clinical and outpatient settings in my career.
Most of my time as a therapist has been in private practice settings, which has allowed me to create an individualized approach to my practice. I have over 17 years of experience providing therapeutic services to the adolescent and adult populations. I currently work with adolescents (14+) through adult ages with specializations in substance use disorders, anxiety and depression disorders, life changes, grief, parenting issues, and stress management. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the main component I use in treatment paired with a strong emphasis on sleep hygiene, diet, and exercise. There are a few things that we have control over in our lives and diet, exercise, and sleep are the top three that can have the biggest impact on one’s mental health.
In my free time I enjoy working out at Orangetheory, cooking, baking, hosting gatherings, and having fun with my family. I look forward to getting to know you and working towards a better version of yourself.
Nallie Sprouse, LPC
I received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adult individuals with a vast array of primary concerns. I have extensive training working with children ages 6-17 who are at risk within the community for a variety of behavioral and emotional concerns. I am currently comfortable working with children and adults, ages 6-35. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy coupled with Narrative Therapy is my primary treatment strategy as I believe it allows individuals to have clear goals while also telling their story in their own words.
During my down time I enjoy traveling the world, reading science-fiction novels, and playing with my two cats. I identify as a member of the LQBTQIA+ community and regularly participate in advocacy within the community. My hope is to foster a space that helps you feel safe, comfortable, and seen.
Giang Tran, LPC
Two things can exist at once: life is messy AND you can have a safe and collaborative space to work through it. As a clinician, I believe in meeting my clients where they are at and empowering each person from a strength-based approach. Starting counseling can be challenging (it’s not easy telling your innermost thoughts to a stranger!) and I aim to have a non-judgmental, genuine, affirming, and accepting space. My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to provide evidence-based practices to foster your personal growth and to provide education on mental and emotional wellness.
I received my graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling from John Carroll University and have extensive training and experiencing working with children, adolescents, and families on issues such as adjustment and transition concerns, ADHD, depression, anxiety, multicultural issues, stress, self-esteem, and with the LGBTQIA+ population. I use therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness; I tend to match my techniques to what works best for the client.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new places with my partner, finding new ice cream spots, wandering around HomeGoods and Target, and calling my mom up to ask her for authentic Vietnamese recipes (which has been a struggle because my mom “measures with her heart”). I am excited to meet you and look forward to hearing your goals!
