Strive CLE Counseling—a 2026 Cleveland Guardians “Going to Bat” for Small Business Winner—is seeking a passionate, collaborative therapist to join our skilled team of clinicians and prescribers. This role is an excellent fit for a clinician who is clinically strong, outgoing, curious, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment. Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • ✔ Master’s Degree Required
  • ✔ Licensed in Ohio Required: LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, or LISW
  • ✔ Provide professional individual therapy sessions in a private practice setting
  • ✔ Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • ✔ Utilize evidence-based techniques to treat variety of mental health disorders
  • ✔ Maintain accurate medical documentation and strict HIPAA compliance
  • ✔ Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
  • ✔ Proficient in Google Workspace and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Strive Offers

  • ✚ Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
