Natalie Sullinger, LPC
As your therapist, my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable space where you can truly be yourself. I believe therapy works best as a genuine, collaborative process—one where we explore challenges together with openness and trust. I strive to help you develop the tools and confidence needed to feel grounded and in control of your life, even during the most difficult moments.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and have had the privilege of working with adults across a range of settings, including college counseling, community mental health, and private practice. My experience includes providing both individual and group therapy, supporting clients through diverse challenges, and helping them build lasting skills for growth and resilience.
I currently work with adults (18+) and have an interest in supporting young adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, navigating life transitions, gaining independence, making career decisions, and discovering their values and passions. I believe my clients know themselves best and incorporate evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Person Centered and Strength Based Therapy as well.
In my free time, I love watching my favorite “comfort” scary movies, going to pop punk concerts, sewing, reading, and collecting Little Mermaid trinkets. I enjoy playing board games with my family and cuddling with my three cats and dog.
