I believe that the therapy process is most successful when taking a collaborative approach. This provides a space where both the client and therapist can be genuine and attentive to what is being shared. Together we can identify your strengths and achievements that will help build skills to improve your daily life. My hope is to assist you in your personal growth and wellness.
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. I have experience in community and private practice settings working with children, adolescents, families, and adult. I currently work with college (18+) through adult ages and specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar, and PTSD.
In my free time I enjoy indoor cycling, reading, true crime podcasts and spending family time at Cedar Point. Our family is very active and we love exploring the Metroparks with our twin girls and dog Mabel. I look forward to working with you!
