Rachel Gaydosh, MSN, APRN, CNP, PMHNP-BC
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a special interest in evaluating and treating ADHD in adults. I provide comprehensive ADHD assessments using evidence-based screening tools to help clarify diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and co-occurring mental health conditions, offering medication management and supportive, collaborative care.
I earned my MSN from Kent State University with a specialty in psychiatric mental health. I currently practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and previously worked as an RN on an inpatient detox and mood disorder unit. I also have advanced training in substance use disorders as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN).
I believe the best care starts with listening. I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals so we can create a plan tailored to you. Whether you’re facing focus challenges, anxiety, depression, or recovery, I help you build practical strategies to feel more confident, balanced, and in control.
In my free time, my world revolves around my dog, Fletcher and my niece and nephew. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and doing DIY house projects.
