Amanda Wozniak, LPC
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, healing, deeper connection, or support through trauma, grief, addiction, or life’s stressors, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore and grow at your own pace.
I currently work with adults 18 and older, specializing in traumatic loss, grief, PTSD, and the unique experiences of first responders and veterans. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by advanced training in Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Predictive Processing Flash. This combination of modalities allows me to tailor treatment to the individual’s needs, helping each client process painful experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing.
Through an authentic and balanced approach that blends skillful use of humor with gentle challenge, we’ll explore how your environment shapes your experiences while leaning into a therapeutic process grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and growth. Good therapy isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about creating a safe, supportive space for genuine self-discovery and empowerment. There’s no better time to invest in yourself, and when you’re ready, we can build a strong foundation together for a healthier, more fulfilling future.
In my free time, I’m always looking for ways to be outdoors. You’ll often find me wrangling my three big pups, running, fishing, kayaking, exploring new hiking spots, volunteering, or managing apiaries with my spouse. My newest hobby is bladesmithing, and I’ll always enjoy a quick sports update—go Bills!
