Counseling takes courage to pursue and it’s my privilege to work alongside my clients in helping them help themselves. I aim to create a safe and affirming space for clients to work toward their personal healing. This space starts with a therapeutic relationship built on trust and acceptance, no matter life’s journey, or the paths you are on.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist, I have experience working with adolescents and adults in both community and medical-based settings. I currently work with clients aged 16+ and have experience in the following areas: PTSD/trauma work, grief and loss, life and career transitions, substance abuse, ODD behaviors, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative care. I utilize a range of treatment modalities based on client need and commonly utilize art therapy, CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, and humanistic therapy.
In my free time, I love to be outside hiking or traveling/exploring new places. When I am not outside, I can usually be found trying new recipes, making art, or attempting (not very successfully) to role Natural 20s in Dungeons and Dragons with my friends. I look forward to sharing space with you through your healing journey and bearing witness to your personal growth.
